6.2 Mounting

6.2.1 Transmitter in head mounting version (model T32.1S)

The transmitters for head mounting (model T32.1S) are designed to

be mounted on a measuring insert within a Form B, DIN connection

head, with extended mounting space. The connection wires of the

measuring insert must be approx. 50 mm long and insulated.

For applications with higher EMC requirements, it is recommended

using a shielded cable between the temperature transmitter and the

sensor, especially in connection with long leads to the sensor. For an

exemplary illustration, see drawing.
